Our Mission
The Pamlico Writers’ mission is to create an opportunity for published and unpublished writers to improve their art through workshops, networking, and critiques with professional authors, editors, agents, book designers, and publishers.
We encourage the development and use of marketing skills and strategies to provide a platform for adult writers to share their work. We sponsor separate competition for high school students, encouraging development and refinement of creative writing.
